In these Terms and Conditions ‘The Seller’ relates to Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd., and ‘The Buyer’ means the purchaser of goods from this website under the Terms and Conditions. ‘The Website’ means www.beautyandnailcare.com and all its contents. All contents of The Website remain the sole property of Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd., and its suppliers. You may not extract or reuse any part of this website without prior permission obtained in writing from Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd.
Neither this Website or any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, exploited or visited for any commercial purposes without Prior permission obtained in writing from Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd.

If you use this website you will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility of all activities that occur under your account and password. You must ensure you keep your password confidential and if you suspect that someone has gained access to it, you must inform us immediately. We take no responsibility of purchases made against your account unless we have been warned about the breach prior to the sale taking place. Should such a breach take place we will, if we have been informed, ensure no orders are processed without first contacting ‘The Buyer’ to confirm.

It is accepted by both The Buyer and The Seller that by using this website The Buyer agrees to its Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you comply with our company policy of only selling to Professionals with the correct and appropriate Insurance required to use our products. The Seller accepts no responsibility for claims of damage or injury caused in the legitimate use of or, misuse of our products. Any such claims will by made by The Buyer against their own Insurance Policy. Goods are sold only for their intended purpose.

Prices and Special Offers are correct at the time the goods are displayed on The Website; these are subject to alteration without any prior notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT and Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout and paid by The Buyer. In the event of prices being incorrectly displayed on The Website due to clerical error, one of our staff will contact The Buyer and inform them. We reserve the right to change the price to the correct purchase price if the displayed price is lower than the correct cost of the item(s), if it is displayed higher, then the goods will be sold at the correct purchase price. In both of those circumstances The Buyer will be contacted prior to the order being despatched.

When you place an order from this website, a confirming e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by The Buyer at the time of creating the online account. This will confirm the order details and payment received. If for any reason goods are ordered and paid for but are not available, Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd. will inform you by e-mail. Refunds will only be made after 14 days of payment if the goods are still not available for despatch. No extra postage charges will be made for despatch of goods in this event. If The Buyer’s contact details change, it is The Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the account information is updated and current, The Seller accepts no responsibility for incorrect details held as a result of not being informed.

All payments will be taken on confirmation of order by The Buyer. All goods remain the property of Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd. until payment has been received. If by prior arangement with Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd., a credit account is available, the terms will be: all invoices will be paid on strictly a 30 Day Terms agreement ie; all invoices will be paid within 30 days of recieiving the goods.

Goods will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt. The returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. The Buyer will pay the cost of returning such items. The Seller accepts no responsibility for returned items being lost in the post. Goods damaged on their return as a result of poor packaging by The Buyer will result in The Buyer not receiving a refund.

All refunds will be made within 7days of receipt of the returned goods and in respect of any cancelled orders. Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd., accepts no responsibility for late refunded payments when the delay is as a result of the Bank processing system.

All goods will be despatched to the address provided by The Buyer and held on The Buyers account details. The Seller accepts no responsibility for despatching goods to the incorrect address if the account details held are not correct at the time of placing and confirming an order. It is our policy to despatch goods within 72 hours of receipt of the order, but this is not binding. All goods will be despatched as soon as is practically possible and we accept no responsibility for delays in delivery once goods have left our premises. Special Delivery can be requested at extra cost to The Buyer by telephoning The Seller on the numbers provided; payment will be required before despatch.

Access is allowed to The Website for personal use. Beautiful Nails (International) Ltd., reserves the right to restrict use of, or terminate any accounts and to refuse access to this website at our discretion.
